February 29th 2012 - Toronto - The World Bank has released their winners for the 2011 Connect 4 Climate photo video contest. The contest ran in 2011 and had over 650 submissions from across Africa. The winners range in age from 12-35 from all over Africa. Contest entrants were asked How is climate change effecting you.
