Make it Seven: A movement grows to bring an NHL team to Hamilton

Make it Seven

The "Make It Seven" campaign to bring a new NHL hockey franchise to southern Ontario gained significant new momentum with the announcement of two major corporate partners and the launch of the campaign's full website at www.makeitseven.ca.

Filemobile's Media Factory is powering a user generated content experience on Make it Seven called "Have a Voice". The Make it Seven audience can upload a rant, record a video, leave a comment or upload a video to discuss why they believe Hamilton should have an NHL team. This entire experience is Facebook Connect enabled, meaning that anyone can login with their Facebook ID's to participate in the Make it Seven conversation. Site visitors are broadcasting their point of view regarding Balsillie's bid on haveavoice.makeitseven.ca . Their feedback, (in whichever format they chose) are instantaneously uploaded on to their Facebook page and automatically distributed in their friend feed providing powerful social media marketing.
